EDUCATIONAL COURSE FOR BURSARY

YOU MAY APPLY FOR A BURSARY IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF CARNGLEN CREDIT UNION AND IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO YOU:

You are entering 3^rd level education for the first time
You are a mature student (25+)
You are already a 3^rd level education student and missed out on the first bursary application and are applying again.

Please note we will only accept one application per member. Applications submitted without proof of enrollment will not be considered. We will also accept documents confirming Student Finance if you do not have proof of enrollment.

Please return completed application forms along with proof of enrollment/documents confirming student finance no later than 4.30pm Friday 13th September 2024 to Carnglen Credit Union 24 Coleraine Road Maghera BT46 5BN by email to admin@carnglencu.com.

DECLARATION

I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the operation rules for the Carnglen Credit Union Bursary.

I agree that Carnglen Credit Union has the right to enquire about my progress with my educational coordinator.

I confirm that all the information provided on this form and any supporting documents is correct to the best of my knowledge.

I agree to participate in any promotion regarding the Bursary and understand that Carnglen Credit Union draw decision is final.
